We offer internships at our Rotterdam office across three annual cycles: two four-month placements, from September to December and February to May, and a two-month summer internship from June to July.
Interns work directly with the investment team on live investments and new ideas rather than side projects. You will learn to think independently and develop your own views. The best investment ideas prevail, regardless of where they come from.
We typically hire one or two interns per cycle, making the application process highly competitive. The internship closely reflects the work and responsibilities of a full-time financial analyst. Interns are well compensated because we expect their contributions to create meaningful value. In return, you will be given substantial responsibility and held to a high standard of commitment.
